I’m Aedan, an IB diploma student from Topeka, Kansas. I’ve been telling stories my whole life—I’m currently crafting The Autumn Crusade, an epic fantasy with a twist. Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in the exposition of your own life, waiting for the “quest” to begin?

The Squire’s Dream is a coming-of-age epic following Webb Horner: lonely, idealistic, and convinced that his humble life of school, family, and orchestra practice is the mundane setup for something greater.
But the story already started.
Powerful people are being assassinated. A necromancer is summoning the dead. Blind to the tragedy already unfolding around him, Webb makes a desperate bargain with Fate for a more “interesting” life—a life like the one in his favorite books.
When a cloaked wanderer steps into his life, everything stars to crack: family, faith, and future. What follows is a true love, raw grief, and a road that never ends.
